We are committed to you satisfaction and we are also committed to keeping our prices low just for you! At this time, our refund and shipping policies are as follows:
REFUND POLICY:
We apologize but due to the low cost nature of our products, We DO NOT accept returns OR exchanges. We do not process refunds... ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
SHIPPING:
-All products will be shipped out to each customer within 3 business days of order being placed and payment has cleared
-Tracking Number will be provided once order has shipped
-Diva J's Cosmetics takes no responsibility for any delays caused by the delivery carrier
-Orders over $50.00 can be picked up upon reserving an agreed upon scheduled pick-up time and location (Chicago and Surrounding Suburbs only)
-Depending on the size of your order, you order will be shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS or Fed Ex
-All orders will have a tracking number
-Be sure to provide us with your exact address as we are not responsible for orders that are sent to the wrong address weather it is by accident or on purpose
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
-International orders will be shipped via USPS/Fed Ex or UPS
-Once your order leaves our hands, due to customs, we cannot provide an exact time of how long it will take for your order to arrive at your final destination
-All customs forms will be filled out completely and accurately to reflect the total value of the products inside your order.
-All international orders will be marked "MERCHANDISE" We will not mark any packages as a gift.
-International orders are EXEMPT from price adjustments and free shipping promotions/advertisements
Lost/Stolen Packages
-Diva J's Cosmetics is is not responsible for loss or stolen packages that has been deemed delivered by the delivery carrier's tracking system.
-If a package is lost or stolen, it will be the customer's responsibility to investigate what happened to the package
